Orders may incur import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Whitelily Shop cannot be responsible for. If you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office.
We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX etc.). Please note that our credit card payment is processed through Stripe Payment Gateway. * Attention! (Please read before you buy from us) - By using Stripe gateway we need to wait 7 days to receive our customers money (this is Stripe policy), after we received the money in our account we then be able to send your order. - Payment with Paypal is temporary unavailable, we are now processing payment by credit cards through Stripe gateway.

We ship worldwide to most countries. You can see that at the drop down menu of what countries we ship to.
- Because we are using Stripe gateway we need to wait for 7 business days for the funds to get transfered to our account that means we will ship your items in approx. 7 business days after payment cleared (excluding weekends & holidays). We are very sorry for the inconvenience. All items will be ship via Hong Kong Post. * Total order value over US$ 10.00 will be ship by registered mail with tracking number. * Shipping time is for reference only. - To USA approx 7-15 business days (depend on your location) - To UK/AU/Canada/Japan 10-21 business days - To Rest of the world 15-30 business days * If your order was shipped by Registered Mail it will need signature on delivery (please make sure there is someone at home). If the the delivery attempt unsuccessful there will be a notice card left in your mail box for you to pick up your package at the a pointed post office.
- In case of defectiveness return must be requested within 7 business days after received of the item. - We charge 30% restocking fee for every return. - Return item must be in brand new condition which means it is never been used and kept in it's original packaging. Buyer must pay for return shipping. - Replacement or refund will be made after we received item and refund will only available to your Paypal account. - No replacement or refund will be made for any damage caused by accidentally using. - Shipping cost it not refundable.

All returned shipments are considered undeliverable. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include insufficient / incorrect / change of shipping address or unclaimed. We will notify customers via email for reshipment arrangement. Redelivery charges (inclusive of the returned shipment charges imposed by the shipping provider) has to be paid and cleared before the returned shipment will be resent.
