Terms of Service* PRICING
- All prices listed on this site are in American Dollars ($; USD), British Pound (£; GBP) and Australian Dollars (AU$; AUD).
We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX etc.). Please note that our credit card payment is processed through Stripe Payment Gateway. * Attention! (Please read before you buy from us) - By using Stripe gateway we need to wait 7 days to receive our customers money (this is Stripe policy), after we received the money in our account we then be able to send your order. - Payment with Paypal is temporary unavailable, we are now processing payment by credit cards through Stripe gateway.
* CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
- Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when purchasing from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
* ORDER PLACEMENT
- Orders are to be placed online using the shopping cart.
- We reserves the rights not to accept any purchase order for any reasons whatsoever.
* ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Please take your time to review your order. Order cancellation is not allowed once payment is received and order number has been given to you.
- If you still insist to cancel your order, we will charge 5% cancellation fee from total order value. This is applied to the orders that has not been sent out from our store. Once your order been sent out, you can't cancel your order.
- We ship worldwide to buyer address. Please make sure your address is correct. For international customer please check with your local customs as we don't responsible for any taxes, duties or tariff apply by your local customs.
- Because we are using Stripe gateway we need to wait for 7 business days for the funds to get transfered to our account that means we will ship your items in approx. 7 business days after payment cleared (excluding weekends & holidays). We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
- We will ship your item with Registered Mail by Hong Kong Post with tracking number.
- Usually it will takes around 10 -21 business days to reach the destination worldwide. However in some occasions it will take up to 25 business days, but we do not responsible if item been held by your local customs for some reasons.
- In some peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and so on, shipping duration might take longer than usual. We hope that you can be patient while awaiting shipment.
- We will not responsible of any delay, damage, misdirected or undelivered mail caused by carrier transit time.
- Redelivery charges will apply on orders requiring reshipment. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned from shipper due to insufficient / incorrect / change of shipping address or unclaimed.
* RETURN POLICY
- In case of defectiveness, return must be requested within 7 business days after received the item.
- Return item must be in brand new condition which means it is never used and kept in the original packaging and customer will be pay for return shipping by Registered Mail with tracking number.
- We charge 25% re-stocking fee for every return.
- Replacement or refund will be made as the item received and refund will only available to your credit card/PayPal account.
- No replacement or refund will be made for any damaged caused by accidentally using.
- Shipping fees is not refundable.
